Burmese Tea Leaf Salad.

This is one of my fave S.E Asian dishes. I didn't have the chance to visit Burma on my recent trip to asia but had the pleasure of eating at many Burmese restaurants in Thailand and Cambodia. Burmese food is very vegetarian friendly with lots of healthy salads and tofu dishes... they classically include lots of onion (especially fried), garlic and fresh herbs. Tea leaf salad doesn't look so pretty when it's all mixed together but tastes incredible.
