Architects: The Construction Zone. Marwan Al-Sayed.
The house is composed of 3 minimalist boxes fused into a single structure—two “bookends” connected by a steel-and-glass bridge bisecting the lot. The glass-walled bridge holds the open dining and living area, while the bedrooms and kitchen rest on solid ground between thick walls the color of the gray granite found on the site. Love the expansive windows and skylights.
