My girl Shaniqwa Jarvis, the incredible photographer, has curated this multimedia exhibition of different artists whose work is influenced by NYC and the LES. Alongside Jarvis, some of the other artists exhibiting include Todd Jordan, Athena Razo, David ‘Shadi’ Perez, Danielle Levitt, Peter Sutherland, Abigail Portner + more heavy hitters. The show will take place next month (October 2009) in London.
This 'swap' concept is also being done on the fashion end of things with 30 independant boutiques trading places between NYC + London-pop up shops have been set up in both cities.
