Uhuru's new Coney Island Line is made from reclaimed wood taken from the demolished iconic boardwalk. The Ipe wood, first installed on the boardwalk in the late 40’s, has weathered beautifully in the sun, salt, and snow for 70 years. The line consists of 6 limited edish pieces and Uhuru is producing 10 of each design due to the finite nature of the wood.
